Mattresses Mattresses purchased on and after November 1, 2021 may request a return of your mattress after sleeping on it between 30 and 100 nights from date of delivery. We do require you to have it for 30 nights before we can initiate a return. This allows your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress. Your return time frame begins based on delivery date. Only one return of a mattress per customer, household, order and/or delivery address. Please do not send mattresses back to MOLECULE. Instead, we will ask you to donate your mattress to a verified 501(c)3 charity, and to take a photo of the donation receipt for us to process your refund. You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts) once the mattress is removed from your home by an authorized party from Comfort DTC and we receive a photo of the donation receipt. Please allow three business days from receiving by an authorized party to process returns. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Performance Sheets, Duvet Covers, Shams, Comforters, Pillowcases, Pillows, and Pet Beds You may request a return of your Sateen Sheets, Percale Sheets, Duvet Covers, Shams, Comforters, Pillowcases, Pillows, Pet Beds (“Sleep Accessories”) within 30 nights of the delivery date. Only one order of Sleep Accessories is eligible for return per customer, household, order and/or delivery address. You will be refunded for the cost of the Sleep Accessories (less any discounts) once the full order of Sleep Accessories is received and inventoried at our returns warehouse.
