For the outer cover, remove the cover and machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle. Do not use bleach. Lay flat to dry, do not machine dry the cover. For the inner cover, we suggest spot cleaning using a soft sponge or cloth, some diluted gentle soap, and water.Do not put foam pillow in the washer machine. Spot clean with mild soap, rinse, squeeze water out gently. Let air dry away from direct sunlight and heat. To restore loft to the foam, fluff by hand or place in the dryer (no heat) for 10 minutes.
